The Business Conference is Wharton Women’s cornerstone spring event. The conference’s objective is to facilitate participant learning by listening to the thoughts, advice, and experiences of successful female business leaders. The topics of discussion range from female leadership, strategies for success, female innovation, work-life balance, and more! Each year our conference attracts approximately 200 female students from the University of Pennsylvania and universities on the east coast.
